FindLaw.com has a great little poll further pointing out how little American’s know about their own country - specifically, the Supreme Court. I know, you can’t expect Larry, Darryl & Darryl to know about something as obscure as the Supreme Court, but how can less that 50% of Americans polled be able to name at least one justice? Hell, one’s even named Kennedy! Shouldn’t some people at least be able to guess that!?

Hey, I understand we all have a right to be stupid. Hell, Weird Al even dared us to be stupid back in the day. But seriously, considering that 2 justices have recently been through configmation hearings and all were all over the news because of the wholoe Roe v. Wade thing….  you know what, forget it. People are stupid.  Having lost in his dare, Weird Al should do a new CD called ‘You Win’.
