While retrieving my water bottle from a co-worker’s cube fridge, I asked how he was doing. His reply was, “Irregular… or I guess over-regular would be more accurate.”

He asked if I wanted the details, and I decided it would be best for him to journal every detail of his ‘over-regularity’ for me to read at the end of the week. I’m a busy guy, you know? Well he shot back with a much better idea. In case you haven’t figured it out by subtle hints like talk of regularity or the title of this post (which really should have given it away from the start), he said he would blog about it. He would call it The Trials of [HIM NAME]‘s Intestines. Come on, like I’m going to offer up his name to the three people reading his site. Since I read this site, only two people don’t know his name, and I’m not going to hang a friend out like that. It’s just not my thing.

I digress.

We got to talking and decided on a color scheme of chocolate brown and tan with highlights of green and yellow. I suggested a capture from a colonoscopy as a banner image, but he thought a picture of Niagra Falls might be more appropriate. “That’s pretty damn irregular!” I thought. Finally, I suggested Sarah Silverman’s Poop Song to play in the background as visitors read the poop blog. We’ll see if we can get something up soon. I know you two are dying to read it.
